HOW TO BOOK THE VILLAGE HALL
Booking forms can be obtained from the booking clerk or can be downloaded from this website.
OCCASIONAL HIRERS: If you wish to make a one-off booking – e.g. parties, weddings etc. then please use the OCCASIONAL HIRERS BOOKING FORM. If a bar is required then a STEWARDS LIST must also be completed and provided along with the completed Booking Form.
Occasional hirers must read the HVH CONDITIONS OF HIRE and the HVH GENERAL RULES before completing the Booking Forms.
REGULAR HIRERS: If you wish to book regular, repeating classes or events e.g. you want to set up a weekly exercise class, book a monthly meeting, run a daily toddler group then the REGULAR HIRERS BOOKING FORM is to be used, together with the 2024 DATES SHEET. Regular hirers wishing to make regular daily/weekly/monthly bookings should first contact the booking clerk to discuss requirements. Regular Hirers – to cancel any classes then sufficient notice MUST be given by contacting the Hall Supervisor direct.

NOTE:
Henllys Village Hall is fully disabled access and there is a disabled toilet.
Please note that hirers are expected to leave the rooms they hire as they found them. Please ensure you leave enough time and manpower to arrange the furniture as you want it and in particular to clean and return the furniture afterwards. All rubbish must be removed from the premises and taken home.
Accidents happen, that’s life, however, if you do have a spill please could you wipe it up, after the party is over will do. Drinks are sticky and when they dry they catch the dirt which gets ground into the floor. When you do clean please can you use PLAIN TAP WATER ONLY, do not use any detergents, they will spoil the finish. (a soft mop is available in the kitchen along with brushes and a dustpan and brush). It is a beautiful floor and hall, so let’s try and keep it that way.
